Key Responsibilities: • Load, transport, and unload items safely and efficiently

• Provide excellent customer service and follow instructions on-site

Requirements: • 18 years or older

• Ability to lift and carry 100+ lbs repeatedly

• At least 1 year of experience in moving, delivery, construction, or physical labor

• Reliable transportation (pickup truck, cargo van, box truck, or standard vehicle)

• Valid driver's license and insurance

• Smartphone (iOS or Android)

• Basic moving supplies (e.g., gloves, stretch wrap)

• Interior Length: Between 10 feet and 14 feet

• Interior Height: Between 6 feet and 7 feet to accommodate taller items

• The vehicle must be clean and compliant with local vehicle regulations

Preferred (Not Required): • Experience operating a box truck or sprinter van

• Customer service background

• Weekend or last-minute availability
