The Process Operator troubleshoots process problems during production. They also maintain production equipment and review data to ensure product quality.

What You'll Do:

Learn and assist in operating the aluminum dip braze process, a key stage in manufacturing aerospace-grade components. Operate equipment such as Positech hoists and FANUC robots with hands-on training and supervision. Monitor and maintain salt bath chemical levels and perform routine maintenance checks on a weekly basis. Produce and process parts daily to meet quality and production targets. Follow strict safety protocols and always wear required PPE (face shield, gloves, apron, etc.). Participate in ongoing training, team briefings, and continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 1 year of experience in area of responsibility. High School (High school diploma) or GED
