An exciting opportunity is available for a Special Education Teacher specializing in middle and high school levels. This role involves providing essential support to students with diverse learning needs within an onsite school environment in Epping, NH. The position requires a committed educator with an active New Hampshire Special Education license, ready to deliver high-quality instruction and individualized interventions.
Key Responsibilities: • Deliver tailored special education services to middle and high school students. • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators, families, and support staff. • Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies to meet individual needs. • Maintain accurate records and comply with state and federal special education guidelines. • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes student success.
Qualifications and Experience: • Active New Hampshire Special Education license is mandatory. • Proven experience teaching special education at the middle and/or high school level. • Strong understanding of special education laws, instructional techniques, and student assessment. • Ability to work effectively onsite within a collaborative school team.
Location and Work Schedule: • Position is based onsite in Epping, NH. • Full-time role with 37.5 hours per week. • This is a travel position supporting the local school district’s staffing needs.
