The New Hampshire Veterans Home has a full-time, 1st shift vacancy for a Program Specialist Scheduler.

Proposed Schedule Includes:

7:30am - 4:00pm (Monday - Friday)

Must be flexible for potential weekend coverage (additional $2.00/hour)

The Veterans Home is a NH State Agency providing a

Oversees and manages the scheduling of all staff resources within the nursing department under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Nursing and Director of Nursing, to maintain appropriate scheduling of nursing professionals while ensuring the required allocation of licensed staff are on site to provide direct care for the geriatric resident population in a long-term care facility. • YOUR EXPERIENCE COUNTS**: Each additional year of approved formal education may be substituted for one year of required work experience and/or each additional year of approved work experience may be substituted for one year of required formal education. • Education/Experience:** • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:*

Bachelor's degree OR equivalent combination of 4 years of education and experience after completion of high school. Education and experience must be in the fields of public health, health sciences, medical, or related field. • License/Certification:**

Valid driver's license and/or have access to transportation for use in statewide travel. • Other Requirements:**

Required to work every other weekend. May be required to work Holidays, if need arises. Must be willing to maintain appearance appropriate to assigned duties and responsibilities as determined by the agency and appointing authority. • Trainee Option**:
